Dennis has been serving as a financial advisor since 1988, helping his clients define and address their financial goals and reduce the risk associated with saving, investing and managing their money.
Dennis prides himself on building relationships with his clients and “digging deeper” to better understand clients’ goals, objectives and dreams. He graduated from Fort Hays State University with a BS in Agri Business.
Dennis has his Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 FINRA registrations. He also has his Life, Health and Variable Annuity license for the state of Kansas along with Long Term Care Insurance Certification.
Raised in North Central Kansas, he and his wife Glenda are parents of two boys and have six grandchildren. When not working, Dennis enjoys helping on the family farm, hunting and fishing.

Bio:
Janice began working at the Guaranty State Bank & Trust Co. in May of 1984 in the loan department as a loan assistant. In the fall of 1993, she began working in the trust department as a trust assistant.
Born and raised in Beloit, she attended Fort Hays State University after high school and then various banking and trust schools through the years including graduating from the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School in July of 2006.
Janice has been active in the community and most recently served as the Kansas Bankers Association Trust Division President during 2018-2019. She works with all areas in the trust department, including IRA, trust and estate administration and operations. Janice and her husband Larry have 2 grown children – Stefanie Wright and Matthew Peters, along with their 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter with whom they enjoy visiting and spending time.

Bio:
Shannon grew up on a farm and ranch in North-Central Kansas and graduated from law school in 1993. He has been involved in estate planning work the past 27 years.
He makes it his top priority to work with our customers to develop and assure their estate plans are right for them. He listens to our customers’ goals and dreams to help them develop a plan with their personal attorneys and other professionals which will meet their needs now and in the future.
Once the plans are in place, he meets with customers to help them determine whether their estate plans stay up to date with any of life’s changes. When not in the office, Shannon spends his time with his family, farm work, riding horses and involved in sports.

Bio:
Jodie began working as a trust assistant at the Guaranty State Bank & Trust Co. in November 2007. She is a native of Phillipsburg. She received her Associate’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Drury College.
Jodie completed Schools of Banking Trust and Financial Services in 2009 and attends IRA trainings annually. She assists with IRAs, trust and estate administration, and daily operations. Jodie and her husband, Shelby have two children.
